The best slumber party ever is going down for real!! Join us Saturday May 26th for 24 hours of non stop fun with your fellow Heroes and friends. Party starts at 10am and we ain’t stopping until 11 the next morning. Oh yeah and we will be doing 24 Hero wods during this party. 

Come one, come all!!!  On October 15th we are hosting an inhouse competition for all of our members. Grab a partner and come knock out some spooky wods with us. 

We will be having a RX and scaled division with same sex or mixed teams in each. Teams promised 3 wods. Competition fee is $50 per team. Teams can pay with check, cash or Jenna can bill your acount (no refunds). Teams and fees must be submitted by the EOD Tuesday, Oct. 11th.

Athletes must check in by 7:15am, athlete briefing at 7:30am and the first heat will kick off at 8am sharp.

This is going to be THE MOST SPOOKTACULAR EVENT EVER, YOU DONT WONT TO MISS IT!!
